This project involves the construction of three essential buildings for an electrical substation facility. These buildings, crucial for the operation and maintenance of the substation, are designed to meet specific structural and functional requirements. The project commenced on November 1, 2023, with a targeted completion date set for the end of July 2024.

The project consists of the following:

O&M Building (Operations and Maintenance)
Size: 480m2
Structure: Steel portal, concrete columns, face brick walls externally, plastered internally.

IPP Control Building
Size: 160m2
Structure: Steel portal, concrete columns.

Eskom Building
Size: 120m2
Structure: Steel portal, concrete columns, higher specification finish.
